Unit 505 is a spacious two bedroom and one (newly renovated) bath unit on the fifth (top) floor, with a view of the ocean, in one of the most desirable locations in Cape May. The building is ideally situated, a few steps from the beach, arcade, mini golf, restaurants and shopping in the Historic District. The Tides boasts a heated swimming pool and kid’s pool, sun deck, patio seating, secure parking garage with dedicated parking spaces and laundry room. The unit sleeps six with a king sized bed in the Master bedroom. The second bedroom has one bunk (two singles) and a pyramid bed (single over a double). This unit has all the comforts of home, including a fully stocked kitchen, two flat screen TV's (living room and Smart TV in Master bedroom), cable television, Netflix, and wireless access. Standard and Keurig coffee makers.

Cancellation Policy
Once confirmed, if you must cancel your reservation regardless of the reason and the unit is not re-rented for the cancelled period, you will forfeit all money pre-paid. Payments will be refunded if the property is re-rented at no loss to the Lessor less a $100 service charge. Requesting transfer to another unit is a cancellation.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 50% of the rent amount is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining 50% as well as the $55 Accidental Damage Protection Fee are due 30 days prior to your arrival.
