Unit 207 has a Master Bedroom with a queen size bed, another bedroom with two twin beds. Conveniences are not an issue for unit 207 especially if you are planning to cook. Amenities include a coffee pot, toaster, blender, microwave, stove, oven, and a full sized refrigerator. Unit 207 also has 3 TV's and 3 charging stations for your convenience. The bathroom has a full tub with a shower. There is plenty of storage for your personal items as well as an ironing board and iron. The Tides offers an elevator, pool, onsite parking, and onsite laundry facilities.
Enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee on the deck. Take a dip in the pool or just relax with a good book. Enjoy your stay!

Cancellation Policy
Once confirmed, if you must cancel your reservation regardless of the reason and the unit is not re-rented for the cancelled period, you will forfeit all money pre-paid. Payments will be refunded if the property is re-rented at no loss to the Lessor less a $100 service charge. Requesting transfer to another unit is a cancellation.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 50% of the rent amount is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining 50% as well as the $55 Accidental Damage Protection Fee are due 30 days prior to your arrival.
