Standard Weekly Rates for the Tides 2026 rental season are listed below. Rates shown do not include a $55.00 accidental damage fee. All rentals require a minimum 7-night stay (including off-season rentals). Check-in and check-out take place on Saturdays.
- Individual unit owners set their rates independently; rates may vary from the “standard rates.”
- Units with a balcony are priced $100 higher per week.
